These ancient sciences were always intended to be practised together, each enhancing and completing the other. As an Ayurvedic Consultant and seasoned Yoga Teacher, I have witnessed the transformative power that integrating Ayurveda into yoga teaching can bring—not only for students but for teachers as well.

This course is help one weekend a month over 3 months, each weekend is designed to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and its integration with yoga. The time between weekends can be used to explore the teachings in your own practice and deepen your understanding.
Each module is designed to build upon the last, providing you with a holistic understanding of how to integrate Ayurveda into your yoga practice and teaching.
This course is perfect for both Yoga Teachers and dedicated Yoga Practitioners, this training can be used for both personal and professional development. Whether you’re looking to enhance your professional teaching or deepen your personal practice, this course will guide you in adapting your practice and life according to Ayurvedic principles, you will learn how to practice and live in accordance to Ayurvedic wisdom.
Yoga Practitioners will be able to adapt their own practices in accordance with Ayurvedic principles which address seasonal and life changes.
Yoga teachers will be able to apply these principles to their group lesson plans when considering their aims and objectives, along with being able to refine how they work 1-2-1 with students.
This course offers the flexibility to be taken online, in person, or as a blend of both, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your schedule and learning preferences.
Engage in a mix of lectures, discussions, and hands-on practical sessions designed to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and its integration with yoga.
Participate in three weekends of immersive learning (6 days total), supplemented by additional reading and reflection work to reinforce your knowledge.
Demonstrate your mastery by teaching an Ayurvedic Yoga class to your peers, showcasing your ability to apply Ayurvedic principles in a real-world setting.
