WHY THIS COURSE?

Yoga and Ayurveda are intrinsically connected, like two threads woven into the same fabric of holistic wellbeing. These ancient sciences were always intended to be practised together, each enhancing and completing the other. As an Ayurvedic Consultant and seasoned Yoga Teacher, I have witnessed the transformative power that integrating Ayurveda into yoga teaching can bring—not only for students but for teachers as well.

Ayurveda is rooted in our relationship to Nature, as we learn these natural laws that affect us and our environment we can learn to utilise the correct yogic disciplines to live in tune with our internal and external environment

“Ayurveda offers us the greatest self-acceptance”

For years, I sensed that something was missing in my teaching—a crucial element that could unlock the full potential of yoga for every student. The answer was Ayurveda, the missing key that illuminated why yoga resonates deeply with some students while others struggle to achieve same harmony.
